On October 8th, Wildcat Motorsports left campus at 8 am to head towards Colton NY, the site of the first annual "OktoBajaFest". After breezing through tech on Friday, it was on to the dynamic events on Saturday. We competed in acceleration, hill climb, and suspension courses. After a decent placing in the dynamic events, it was on to the 4-hour endurance race on Sunday. Sunday we ran all 4 hours of the grueling endurance race, being the only team to complete the course with ZERO  mechanical failures, placing 7th at the end of the 4 hours. We have all of the former Baja alums to thank for all of their hard work on the blue car to create such an incredible car. We learned so much from this event, and we can't wait to take what we learned from this event and apply it to Rochester and our future events. OktoBajaFest is scheduled for October 7th-9th next year. We cannot thank Clarkson University and Ensign Bickford Industries enough for this opportunity.
